Welcome to my website, my name is Lisa Stone and I’ve been working with doctors, as a careers coach, since 2009. In 2018 I set up my own company that’s dedicated to providing careers and coaching support for individuals and organisations.
As well as helping doctors with career choice, I have a leadership coaching qualification and can offer coaching for those who are starting in a new position.
My background
For years I worked at Health Education England (NHS England) as the main lead on the careers service that offered support to doctors across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You can find more about me on my about page.
Services I Offer
I run workshops for doctors and I also can help with writing reports and blogs. Executive coaching is a service I offer to organisations.
Coaching for individuals
I love coaching people. I am compassionate, good at empathising, yet able to push clients, challenging them to work towards their goals. I work holistically with clients, integrating leadership skills with the latest careers and coaching techniques. Have a look at my coaching page.
